Each line will accept a maximum of 16 characters (including spaces and symbols), and capital letters use more space than lower case. *When ordering printers with custom labels, please allow for up to 12 days for label production and printer programming time. Zebra manufacturer’s warranty covers your printer (not keypad) parts & repairs for 1 year from ship date, with the exclusion of anything deemed “user abuse”. If you need repairs or replacements(s) in this time period, please follow the procedure here within. Contact McCourt Label as soon as you discover an issue. If the issue cannot by fixed over the telephone, the end user must go to the following site: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/request-repair.html, and complete the RO Request form.
