McCourt Return Policy


​McCourt Label Company Return Policy
​If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee.  All returns must be received no later than 30 days from our ship date, and a completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be included.  Returns after this time frame WILL NOT be accepted.  Customized items cannot be returned.  Printers must be returned in the original box, with all accessories included, in order to be eligible for a refund.  McCourt Label reserves the right to refuse any return on a case-by-case basis.  Return freight and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.  See below for specific printer warranty information.

*Note* Printer reprograms have a fee of $95, printer diagnostics have a fee of $35.

 

Godex Printer Warranty Info:

Godex International’s manufacturer warranty covers your printer (not keypad) parts & repairs for 3 years from ship date, with the exclusion of anything deemed “user abuse”. If you need repairs or replacements(s) in this time period, please follow the procedure here within. Contact McCourt Label as soon as you discover an issue. If the issue cannot by fixed over the telephone by McCourt and/or a Godex Tech Rep., the printer would have to go back to Godex for repair. McCourt will issue a UPS Call tag to have printer sent into Godex. Once repaired, Godex will return to end user.

Zebra Printer Warranty Info:

Zebra manufacturer’s warranty covers your printer (not keypad) parts & repairs for 1 year from ship date, with the exclusion of anything deemed “user abuse”. If you need repairs or replacements(s) in this time period, please follow the procedure here within. Contact McCourt Label as soon as you discover an issue. If the issue cannot by fixed over the telephone, the end user must go to the following site: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/request-repair.html, and complete the RO Request form.
