Godex International’s manufacturer warranty covers your printer (not keypad) parts & repairs for 3 years from ship date, with the exclusion of anything deemed “user abuse”. If you need repairs or replacements(s) in this time period, please follow the procedure here within. Contact McCourt Label as soon as you discover an issue. If the issue cannot by fixed over the telephone by McCourt and/or a Godex Tech Rep., the printer would have to go back to Godex for repair.
