Zebra Manufacturer’s Warranty
Zebra manufacturer’s warranty covers your printer (not keypad) parts & repairs for 1 year from ship date, with the exclusion of anything deemed “user abuse”. If you need repairs or replacement(s) in this time period, please follow the procedure here within:
- Contact McCourt Label as soon as you discover an issue.
- If the issue cannot by fixed over the telephone, the end user must go to the following site: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/request-repair.html, and complete the RO Request form.
McCourt Label Company Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be received no later than 30 days from our ship date, and a completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be included. Returns after this time frame WILL NOT be accepted. Customized items cannot be returned. Printers must be returned in the original box, with all accessories included, in order to be eligible for a refund. McCourt Label reserves the right to refuse any return on a case-by-case basis. Return freight and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
